杜倩倩

   

杜倩倩,博士,研究生导师。2018年毕业于南京大学电子科学与工程学院,获博士学位。主要研究方向为低维材料光电子与信息器件,在有机发光、低维材料合成、异质结器件制备等方面积累了丰富的研究经验,基于有机异质结、纳米氧化锌、低维碳材料等开展高效发光器件、光电探测器等研究,取得了一些原创性和有价值的研究成果,迄今在ACS Appl. Mater. Interface、Carbon、Nanotechnology、Thin Solid Films、ACS Appl. Mater. Inter.、Carbon、Optic Communication、中国激光等国内外重要期刊发表论文十几篇担任Nanotechnology等国际知名期刊审稿人。目前主持国家自然科学基金、山东省自然科学基金、99499威尼斯(中国)有限公司-搜狗百科博士科研启动基金各一项
